Heather Ridge Estates is located in Saginaw Texas, North West of Fort Worth.  

 

 Our city has a small town feel while still enjoying the conveniences of living in a bigger city. We are part of the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD (EMSISD). The community is about 20 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth and has easy access to anywhere in the metroplex from North West Loop 820.  You can learn more about our city and our school districts on their respective websites.

 

     Our community was incorporated in 2000 and handed over to residents in 2006.  We have roughly 674 residents with amenities that include a pool, playground, walking trail and plenty of sidewalks and trees.  The Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is a resident led board that meets monthly in an open meeting with reelections in November at the annual meeting.
