If you are selling your home, please read the following information.

Our managing company, First Service, handles the reselling certificates.  Please go to their website (www.fsresidential.com/texas)​ and look under the 'Order Documents and Certificates' option. Please follow the prompts for ordering a resale package.

 

If you are unable to complete the request online or need addition information, please contact Leslie Gamel, our property manager.
